Risk notification and awareness
When obtaining services for buying, selling and exchanging virtual assets
In order to comply with the laws of Kyrgyz Republic, M-Trade LLC (hereinafter – the Company), has to ensure that all users of the Company`s services (hereinafter – Clients), are aware of risks associated with the purchase, sale and exchange of virtual assets (cryptocurrency), realise that investments in these assets carry certain risks and ready to assume them when using the Company’s services.
Considering the Application for Company`s services, the Client should take the following points into account:
1. Risk awareness: the use of virtual assets, such as cryptocurrencies, can be highly volatile, leading to possible significant losses due to changes in their exchange rate. In the event of unlawful acts and technical failures, there is a risk of forfeiture of all virtual assets and other civil rights transferred in exchange for virtual assets. Some virtual assets do not have a centralised authority responsible for dealing with them, which makes it impossible to implement cancellation and refund processes.
2. Job Awareness: The process of receiving the Company’s services for buying, selling and exchanging virtual assets (cryptocurrencies) may be subject to market volatility and time constraints, and the Clients of the Company have to be ready to adapt to possible changes and constraints.
3. Regulatory understanding: Virtual assets are not secured or guaranteed by the government and are not recognised as legal tender in the Kyrgyz Republic, nor can they be pledged as collateral and/or pledge obligations.
By accepting this electronic document, the Clients confirm that they understand and agree with all the above points and consent to use the Company’s services for buying, selling, and exchanging virtual assets.
